Pengembangan Aplikasi Pemesanan Laundry Berbasis Mobile Untuk Optimalisasi Layanan Pelanggan

Abstract: The rapid development of digital technology has encouraged various business sectors to adopt mobile-based systems to improve service efficiency, including in the laundry industry. This study aims to develop a mobile-based laundry ordering application that can optimize customer service through online ordering features, laundry status tracking, digital payments, and order notifications. The development method used in this study is the Waterfall Method, which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results of this study indicate that the application developed is able to improve ease and efficiency in the laundry ordering process and provide a better user experience. The implementation of this application is expected to help laundry business actors in increasing customer satisfaction and accelerating operational processes.
