Hubungan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penilaian Kinerja Pegawai Kontrak Menggunakan Metode SAW

ABSTRACTThis study aims to develop a decision support system (DSS) to objectively evaluate the performance of contract employees at the Trade Office of Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Method: The research applies a software engineering approach through observation, interviews, criteria formulation (attendance, teamwork, commitment, leadership, task accuracy, and attitude), weighting, and SAW computation using data from 16 contract employees. The SAW calculation produced preference values indicating employee performance rankings, where Alternative A16 achieved the highest score (0.86), followed by A4 (0.83), and A10 (0.78). Blackbox testing confirmed that all system functions operated properly. This research provides the first integration of the SAW method into a performance appraisal information system for local government contract employees. The system improves appraisal objectivity, provides digital performance records, and accelerates managerial decision-making.
ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) untuk menilai kinerja pegawai kontrak pada Dinas Perdagangan Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah secara objektif menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan rekayasa perangkat lunak dengan tahapan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara, penentuan kriteria (kehadiran, kerjasama, komitmen, kepemimpinan, ketepatan target kerja, dan sikap), pembobotan, serta perhitungan SAW menggunakan data 16 pegawai kontrak. Perhitungan SAW menghasilkan nilai preferensi yang menunjukkan peringkat kinerja pegawai. Alternatif A16 memperoleh nilai tertinggi (0,86), disusul A4 (0,83), dan A10 (0,78). Sistem juga diuji menggunakan blackbox testing dan seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Penelitian ini menghadirkan integrasi metode SAW secara langsung dalam sistem informasi penilaian kinerja pegawai kontrak pemerintah daerah, yang sebelumnya belum diterapkan dalam proses evaluasi internal. Sistem ini meningkatkan objektivitas penilaian, menyediakan arsip digital kinerja pegawai, dan mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan.
